Meet Jessica Lynn. Plus: Important Housekeeping Announcements

Last week we introduced you to Jessica, and this week we're introducing you to another Jessica. SpouseBUZZ is thrilled to announce that Jessica Lynn will join us as a contributor. We look forward to reading Jessica's posts. A little about Jessica:

Jessica Lynn married her Air Force husband in early 2010 and moved from her hometown of Albuquerque, New Mexico to join him across the country in Georgia. If getting married and embarking on the life of an Air Force wife wasn't enough of an adventure, they just got word that later this year they'll trade Georgia peaches for free-flowing wine and never-ending pasta in Italy.

A PCS virgin, Jessica is eagerly learning as much about a military move as possible, while also attempting to keep calm with an ever-growing to-do list. She's no stranger to traveling around and outside the country, but experiencing an OCONUS PCS is a completely different story.

When she's not twiddling her thumbs waiting for the official orders to arrive, you can find her crossing her fingers and toes that someone will put an offer on their house, learning how to ask for extra spicy food in Italian, dreaming about long strolls in an Italian vineyard with her husband and puppy, whipping up creations with her sister-in-law for The Tale of Two Kitchens, and blogging about her every day life at Jesstagirl and Her Officer.

Welcome aboard, Jessica!

And now for some housekeeping matters. Our mail is coming in by leaps and bounds and we're trying to respond to it as quickly as we can. Please be patient with us. You can help us sort the mail, and here's how. If you are sending in a question or topic you would like to see addressed in our From the Mailbag feature, please begin the contact form with "From the Mailbag." We're on the road this week getting ready for SpouseBUZZ LIVE Woodbridge, VA and will be occupied with our event over the next few days, but will get back to the mailbag beginning next week.

We're so grateful to receive so many invitations to bring SpouseBUZZ LIVE to various bases and posts. We've received numerous requests in the past few days. For those who have sent requests, our team is meeting this weekend to go over them and we'll be responding to all requests early next week. Thank you for your patience while we focus on the first stop of our 2011 tour and get that behind us.
