Military OneSource has put together a fabulous, three page FAQ sheet on the Military Spouses Residency Relief Act. It might just be my browser, but this comes up huge and unreadable when I open it. If you look up at the top of the page, there is a % selector that allows you to make it a different size. (75% seems comfortable for me.) I like this document because it is concise and easy to understand. Of course, it doesn't even begin to address all that MSRRA covers and there is still a lot of interpretation to be done. Use this document to increase your understanding of MSRRA so that you can appropriately apply it to your personal situation.
