Enlist some help to remove these hazards; (2) remove all throw rugs and mats; (3) replace all door units and trim door frames if they are not wide enough to fit a wheelchair or walker; (4) install a ramp; (5) bring items closer to your level; (6) consider installing bed cables; and (7) invest in a lift chair.
