Description Income Tax preparation is available to all Service Members, Family Members and Retirees. Military Identification Cards determine eligibility. Walk-in appointments are made first come first serve basis. Morning walk-ins are made at 0900 and the afternoon walk-ins are scheduled at 1300. Appointments may be made up to two weeks in advance.
