You have got to be kidding me.... They should have burned that flag.
She needs to be fined/jailed over that. Whoever made that flag also should be made to pay the consequences for violating Federal statutes.
section 1, in order to qualify for an Official US Flag it requires 50 stars and thirteen stripes and the proper color configuration. If it doesn't meet these requirements it's not a US flag. In order to desecrate a US flag it has to meet the requirements as a US flag and then altered, like sewing Obama's face over the existing stars. Get it? This was well concieved vetbagger attack, they carefully used the desecration excuse, because under IRS rules they would lose their tax free status. No laws were broken here. This is not a Flag of the United States. These men were wrong to reespass on this land, threaten this lady, and threaten to touch her property without authority. They should hav ebeen arrested and jailed for trespassing. These are not the values I fought for, and I recommend these men read the rules they were waving around.
