I hope all the sleep apnea sufferers who claim VA disability, all the twisted ankle sufferers who claim VA disability, and all the sufferers of pre-existing (to their military service) injuries/diseases sufferers go to H*LL. They deserve worse but I'm not allowed to provide it in this country.

Bravo to the women who stand up to men, and Bravo to Ms. Tammy Duckworth the Representative of Illinois who took on Mr. Castillo yesterday. He should be very ashamed of himself after being exposed for being a Big Fraud. It's sad to think that there are lots of people like him getting benefits from Special Programs they don't deserve while others who really need help, and deserve the Special program's benefits are still waiting and may never get the help they need. I'm all for Justice and I'm not in the Military or a Vet. Im just a citizen who Love Justice, and Love this country.

Who is she to determine a service members disability rating? Seems to me that the issue is the individuals who are issuing the percentage are the ones who have caused this ongoing problem.

I now have faith in at least 2 (two) people in government. I believe she said it best that although his claim may not be "Illegal" it is taking advantage of a system and is unfair to those who it really was intended for. (paraphrasing of course.) Parasites in our society come in many different forms.

BRAVO!!! It is a great shame that people take advantage of a system meant to help our TRUE injured in the line of duty brothers and sisters. This man should be stripped of his contracts and have to repay WITH INTEREST any tax dollars given to him because he is "disabled". It is so sad that people have to abuse this system to get an edge in contractor work for the government because the government puts too much focus on the special interest classifications and not on the skill and reputation of the company.

You all miss the point that Tammy Duckworth (former Helo pilot) lost her legs when her Helo was shot down in Afghanistan... She knows what she is talking about. Welfare in any any form is still welfare...

WOW, Ms Duckworth is a fantastic and a great credit to her position in Congress/Senate(?) and from ILL no less!! She really did take it to this deceiver of the VA and of our country with his alleged disability and she's only getting 20% disability for what happened to her arm??? There is something just NOT RIGHT about that at All. I also have a service-connected disability but I'm not sorely disabled and I don't collect any money for it as I feel I do not deserve it. But when I applied for VA health care I had no idea they would give me a service-connected disability. I did come out of the Army pissing blood but it has since cleared up and I have had no problems since. But I feel with my situation in life, I'm 65 and was forced out of my career quite unfairly I have little income, just soc sec(which I didn't want to collect till I was 70) and whatever pt jobs I can find. I have two right now and they are a God send as I believe my 20% disability rating is too. So I will not attempt to collect any money for this, I just have free health care and that's all I need or want and I am grateful. I have not tried to cheat the VA and never will

She kicked his ass in a public forum and I loved it. May God bless her and I hope she continues this fight for all of the "real" veterans.
