I'm pretty sure that was a miss.
I'm pretty sure that was a hit, just not in the heart. look closely to the right of the guy, you can see a pink mist of blood.
It was definitely not a heart shot. But I cannot say conclusively if it was a hit or miss. I would lean toward a hit.
That was a hit while the projectile was moving along at 1,900 fps, or more. 'Red-cloud'
Pink cloud means hit.
