    Why in GODS NAME would you wait 2 hours to fire on a man who is clearly setting up IED's? They could have grabbed the man and had him sent to interrogation. I may have no training in long range marksmanship but I sure do know it doesn't take 120minutes to work the math on that shot. Maybe it took 2 hours for them to get permission to shoot from the officers.
