Should have just opened up on them with the phalanx guns. Leave the chum slick for the sharks. Get it all on video and make some stills of it. Post the videos and stills in the ports they sailed from. Make sure all the wannabes know this is the fate that awaits them.

I agree. Really bad shootin'. Wtf don't they practice? I saw the Russians do the same thing. Way more accurately though. Why let them get so close? Why not use the 20mm rotary cannon? Bizzzzz!!!! DONE.
1 out of 6 isn't bad. What you should have done was is destroy all 6 of them, and watch the sharks rip into them !!!
This is some of the stuff I had to do in the Indian Ocean, Gulf of Arabia, and the Persian Gulf. Get some!

I have only one complaint, why did it take the Navy so long to blow them up or were they just practicing.

Gentlemen this shows a severe lack in training. You Navy guys need to do some practicing, and yes I know you both were bobbing up and down in the water. Still that was a lot of ordnance. Also why didn't they light up all the a**holes and not just one?
Those gunners need a bit more training .
There use to be a day when Marine s were detached to cruisers. They were sure needed to man the small guns on this video
if you look at 2:50 or so they are lightening em up with the 20mm AC..they are stitching the water to warn em off..screw international reprocussions..sink em leave em for the sharks..most countries save their own want em gone for good.
A message to Somali Pirates, mess with the U.S. Navy, you become target practice!!!! Those fools don't realize Navy gunners have itchy trigger fingers. BTW, save some for me!! I'll be there in a couple of months.
