8 MAR 2015 - The US-led anti-terror coalition on Sunday evening struck an oil refinery under the control of the Islamic State (IS) militants in a border Syrian town near Turkey, killing 30 IS militants, a monitoring group tracking the Syrian conflict reported. The US-led alliance struck the refinery located in the northwestern part of the Syrian border town of Tal Abyad located in the northern province of al-Raqqa, the de facto capital of the IS, near the Turkish borders, said the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights, a UK-based watchdog group, which relies on a network of activists on ground.

ISIS did not build the refinery, they just said boo and everyone else ran away. When the air strike hit, it ruined infrastructure that will now have to be rebuilt. ISIS actually won this one, because they can get idiots from middle class families in Europe and the US to fill in the ranks of suicide bombers and other cannon fodder. Every time the coalition blows up a village, factory, building, HUMVEE that is ISIS/ISIL/Daesh controlled they have won the battle (AGAIN). Daesh has not built a damn thing. De Oppresso Liber.
