From what I can gather from the source, a group of criminals pretending to be Russian Special Forces (Spetsnaz) are arrested for robbing Chinese businessmen. Please comment if you have any info.

He says the soldiers in black are the real Spetznaz, and the guys in camo are the impostors. Also, that since they are giving special ops a bad name, even the weakest attempts at resistance are treated pretty harshly by the real soldiers. funny stuff!
