It's been three years since radioactive water began leaking from Japan's stricken Fukushima Nuclear reactor. And with dozens of U.S Navy personnel falling sick from radiation contamination, new questions are arising over what Tokyo's electric power company and the U.S Navy may have known about the extent of radiation exposure.
