U.S. Marines with Third Battalion, Third Marine Regiment (3/3), conduct a live-fire M249 Squad Automatic Weapon range at Hawthorne Army Depot, Hawthorne, Nevada, October 19, 2012. Each Rifle Company within 3/3 has sent a Weapons Platoon to the Hawthorne ranges in order to better prepare their Marines for an ever changing battlefield.
