After the pageantry and handshakes, what was the unvarnished assessment by LTC White. Would he and the Sgt. Maj. [sic] go into combat with this unit as the only Americans? Is the 1st Division of the Iraqi Arab Army a Sunni or Shi'a unit or a mix? Any Kurds in it to stiffen it up when actually fighting Daesh? De Oppresso LIber.
