Crowd Cheers as Soldier Surprises Family

During the second quarter of the Pitt vs. Duke game on 11/1/2014, Pitt Band Freshman Emily Siegel and her mother were called to the field to be recognized as a military family, as part of Military Appreciation Day. What followed was a very special surprise as Captain Rick Siegel had returned home for the first time since January to surprise his family.
