They had plenty of time to set explosives and then to take a overlook position. So why did they not take the time to hook it up and tow it in?
Did Halaburton get the MRAP contract? What, no salvage of usable parts? Do MRAP's have defects that have to "destroyed"? Pres. Eisenhower warned us about the "industral/military complex.
