At Naval Air Station Whidbey Island in Washington State, the navy's aviation support teams train hard for constant readiness to protect the United States. This video showcases flight training and landing/takeoff practice of EA-6B Prowlers, which specialize in electronic warfare (electronic countermeasures such as jamming enemy radar systems and gathering tactical electronic intelligence). The EA-6B Prowler has been the primary tactical electronic jamming aircraft of the U.S. Navy, the U.S. Air Force, and the U.S. Marine Corps since the 1970s. It has been joined in service by the EA-18G Growler, an electronic attack version of the F/A-18 Super Hornet. This video was filmed and produced with gratitude for the courage, service, and readiness of the United States armed forces. U.S. citizens may agree or disagree with particular military missions, but we're free to discuss our opinions because our armed forces defend our precious freedom along with our magnificent country. Thank you!
