Looks like a modernized aircraft designed for a mission similar to the Boeing Condor flown in the late 1980's. The hydrogen power plants are a big step forward. The Condor could stay aloft for over two days on piston engines with ceiling of over 65,000 feet. The only known surviving Condor is exhibited at the Hiller Aviation Museum in San Carlos California. The electronics and other systems are probably three or four generations improved.
