    HRH Duke of Cambridge flying in a BBMF Chipmunk. The Chipmunk pilot was Sqn Ldr Dunc Mason. Spitfire pilot was Flt Lt Parkinson MBE. The Duke of Cambridge, Patron of The Royal Air Force Battle of Britain Memorial Flight (RAFBBMF) since 2008 and Honorary Air Commandant of Royal Air Force Coningsby, visited the RAF station to observe the 100th Anniversary Parade of 29 (Reserve) Squadron and visit the home of the Battle of Britain Memorial Flight.
