Some veterans have experienced delays in receiving their Post 9/11 GI Bill educational benefits for the spring term. The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) has added additional staff and resources to resolve this situation as quickly as possible. Veterans should also remember that students using their Post-9/11 GI Bill benefits must ask their school officials to complete an enrollment certification, which the school official will send to VA.
