The North Carolina Division of Veterans Affairs will open two skilled nursing facilities for veterans in the next several months. The new homes, each with 100 beds, will be in Kinston and Black Mountain. Other skilled nursing facilities for veterans are located in Salisbury, Fayetteville and Durham.
