The Operation Helping Hand Program in the State of New Hampshire expanded to also reach out to disabled and retired veterans. Eligible veterans can receive up to 150 gallons of heating oil. The program is a collaborative effort between the Oil Heat Council of New Hampshire and the Chaplain's Emergency Relief Fund of the New Hampshire National Guard. Applications are available from either the Chaplain's Office or Family Programs Office of the New Hampshire National Guard, or at any New Hampshire Easter Seals location.
