The House Veterans' Affairs Oversight and Investigations Subcommittee recently conducted a hearing to evaluate endoscopy procedures used by the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA). The hearing focused on VA reports of improper reprocessing, incorrect usage, and substandard cleaning of endoscopic equipment at the Murfreesboro, Tenn., Augusta, Ga., and Miami centers.
