Helmets to Hardhats - a national, nonprofit program dedicated to helping transitioning active-duty military, National Guard and Reservists connect to quality careers in the construction industry - announced today that it will receive a charitable donation in the amount of $50,000 from the Aetna Foundation. The Aetna Foundation is the independent charitable and philanthropic arm of Aetna Inc. This generous chartable donation from the Aetna Foundation will provide much-needed financial assistance to our program and its efforts to help wounded warriors and other transitioning military service members achieve lasting economic security through lucrative career opportunities in the building and construction trades," said Darrell Roberts, Executive Director of Helmets to Hardhats.
Helmets to Hardhats is the fastest way for Military, Reservists, & Guardsmen to transition from active duty to a career in the construction industry.
