Grant for Nevada Cemetery

The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) has announced a $2.3 million grant to improve the Southern Nevada Veterans Memorial Cemetery in Boulder City, Nev., which will fund construction of a new maintenance facility and a service yard on three acres. It will also pay for design and construction administration and associated infrastructure such as roads, utilities, landscaping and irrigation. Information on VA burial benefits can be obtained from national cemetery offices, from the VA website or by calling VA regional offices toll-free at 1-800-827-1000.
