Grace After Fire

Grace After Fire was established in 2002, primarily to assist women veterans recover from and deal with the transition from military back to civilian life. However, the program is open to all veterans -- young or old, male or female. The organization is trying to build a peer-to-peer support group system for veterans who need the services the organization offers. The purpose of the program is to give all veterans an opportunity to help each other cope by surrounding themselves with other people who have had experiences with which they can relate.
