Legal Kansas residents who have been separated from the armed services under honorable conditions and have a disability certified by the Kansas Commission On Veterans Affairs as being service-connected with the disability being 30 percent or greater may apply for a free hunting and fishing licenses in the State of Kansas. Applications are available on the Kansas Department of Wildlife and Parks website.
