YieldEx is our inventory management tool. They are our trusted partner bringing you the solutions you need to advertise your business with Military.com! All of your transactions will be with Military.com but powered by the YieldEX Direct tool.

How long will it take for my campaign to go live?
(A)
Your campaign will begin on the start date selected; however, in the event that you setup a campaign to start ASAP, we require 5 business days to review and approve.

Where will my ads serve?
(A)
Your ads will ONLY appear on the Military.com Network. You have the option to allow your ads to run throughout our entire network (Run of Site), or, keep your message local by targeting a specific city or state (Geo-Targeting).

What is a CPM?
(A)
This is your cost per thousand impressions. Think of an impression like a page view.
EX: If you purchased 5,000 impressions at a $5 CPM, your total cost would be $25.

What if my ads under deliver? Will I still be charged?
(A)
NO! We strive to ensure that all advertisers are successful and above all else are happy! In the rare event that your ad does not deliver in full, you will only be charged for the impressions that delivered.

What if I have questions or problems with my campaign, who do I contact?

Why was my campaign rejected?
(A)
We will do our best to provide details as to why your campaign was rejected.
Here are some (not all) reasons as to why you were not approved:
• Not able to verify business
• Clients creative and messaging did not meet our advertising guidelines
• Client did not provide creative per our ad specifications listed in our product descriptions

Will a larger media buy grant me access to more ad product opportunities?
