Breaking Up Is Hard To Do
Being in a relationship is hard work. And whether you’re military or civilian, romantic bliss can be hard to come by. Sometimes no matter how much effort we put into a relationship, ultimately it just does not work.
Enter the painful break up. Although, getting away from a stressful situation can be a relief, a break up still comes with its own kind of stress. Here are some suggestions of how to cope:
This will be a difficult period in your life, no doubt. But every relationship was not meant to be. Keep the faith. You will find love again. Think of your breakup as simply the next step in finding the right person for you. |
