He has always offered veterans, police and firefighters free plots, and he’s willing to do the same for veterans who would be buried at Jay Cooke.

The 3rd U.S. Infantry Regiment (The Old Guard) began their rounds to place a small American flag into the ground in front of every grave marker at Arlington National Cemetery. Today there are more than 280,000 graves and the Old Guard troops continue the practice each year at Arlington and the Soldiers' and Airmen's Cemetery.
