CG Conducts Late-Night Medevac

CATALINA ISLAND, Calif. - The Coast Guard conducted a medevac of a 34-year-old female from Catalina Island for medical concerns.

Sector Los Angeles-Long Beach received the request for a medevac from Catalina Island Medical Center.

A MH-65C Dolphin helicopter crew from Coast Guard Air Station Los Angeles transported the woman from Catalina Island to Torrance Memorial Hospital where she was then transferred to Emergency Medical Services personnel.
