Websites Help Deliver Care Packages
Week of November 13, 2006
A Maryland family started the AnySoldier.com Web site as a way for people to support deployed Soldiers. Two years later, the family created separate sites to help those in the sister services. Deployed servicemembers who want to volunteer as a contact can sign up on the Websites and list information such as the number of people in their unit and what kinds of things they would like to receive. People wishing to participate in the program can follow the guidelines on the Websites. For more information, visit the AnyAirman.com Website, the AnySoldier.com Website, the AnyMarine Website, AnySailor.com, or AnyCoastGuardsman.com.
