Warrior Games Coming to Chicago

The 2017 Department of Defense (DoD) Warrior Games will be held June 30 through July 8, 2017 in Chicago, Illinois. Approximately 265 wounded, ill and injured servicemembers and veterans will participate in the competition. Teams include active-duty servicemembers and veterans with upper-body, lower-body, and spinal cord injuries; traumatic brain injuries; visual impairment; serious illnesses; and post-traumatic stress. They will compete in archery, cycling, sitting volleyball, shooting, swimming, wheelchair basketball, track and field. For more information, visit the DoD Warrior Games website.
