Virginia Law Eases PCS for Mil Families

Virginia legislators recently approved the Interstate Compact on Educational Opportunity for Military Children, an agreement that standardizes how states deal with record transfers, enrollment, graduation requirements, extracurricular activities as well as a host of other related issues. Virginia, which has the country's second-largest military population, is the twelfth state to sign the bill.
