A cooperative effort between the USO and the federal non-profit organization United Through Reading allows overseas personnel to read to their children back home through recorded video. They can read for up to 30 minutes while being recorded. USO patrons can bring their own book or choose from the selection provided. For more information, visit the United Through Reading website.
