Tuition Help for Spouses

The Military Spouse Career Advancement Initiative is a pilot program that provides assistance to military spouses seeking to advance their careers. Career Advancement Accounts (CAA) cover the cost of training and education for military spouses to gain the skills and credentials necessary for their careers. CAA can pay up to $3,000 in fees for one year, and can be renewed for a total of $6,000 over two years. CAA applies to the following fields of study: health care, education, financial services, information technology, skilled trades, human resources, business management, hospitality, and homeland security.
