TRICARE Reserve Select, the health plan for qualified National Guard and Reserve members, will be completely restructured as of Oct. 1, 2007. Changes include expanded eligibility, removal of the three-tier system, and the ability to sign up at anytime. In addition eligible members of the Guard and Reserve may have the opportunity to purchase TRICARE Reserve Select under the restructured plan as early as Aug. 11, 2007.
