Health Net Federal Services, the TRICARE provider for active-duty military members and their families in the North region, has developed "My Life: A Kid's Journal," a resource for children as they make sense of their feelings during a loved one's deployment. The 44-page journal is meant to serve as a keepsake for the child or as a gift to their special person who is deployed once it is completed. To obtain copies of "My Life: A Kid's Journal" for military children living in the TRICARE North Region, e-mail your request to HNFS_Communications@healthnet.com . The journal may also be downloaded in PDF format.
