TRICARE Reserve Select (TRS) is available to guardsmen or reservists who are members of the Selected Reserve of the Ready Reserve and are not eligible for, or covered by, the Federal Employees Health Benefits program. Reservists and guardsmen can qualify for and purchase TRS coverage online at the Guard and Reserve Web Portal. Ineligible guardsmen and reservists can get more information about the Continued Health Care Benefit Program (CHCBP).
