The Tragedy Assistance Program for Survivors (TAPS) invites you to attend and support their annual Honor Guard Gala on Tuesday, March 31, 2009 from 6:30 p.m. to 10:00 p.m., in the Andrew W. Mellon Auditorium, 1301 Constitution Avenue, Washington, D.C. The event will feature CNN Correspondent Ms. Kyra Phillips as Master of Ceremonies and Key Note Speaker, NBC's Tom Brokaw. In addition, Senator Jim Webb (D-VA) will be honored. Proceeds will go to support TAPS a nonprofit organization offering compassion, comfort, and care to thousands of family members coping with the death of a loved one serving in the military or in support of the military mission. This event is open to anyone interested. Tickets are $500 per person, for the black-tie event, and may be purchased through the TAPS Web site, or by calling 703-761-1503.
