SMART Website Helps Sailors and Marines
Week of June 08, 2009
The Sailor/Marine American Council on Education Registry Transcript (SMART) records contain servicemembers' military occupational experience and training, along with the corresponding academic credit recommendations. The Sailor/Marine On-line Academic Advisor (SMOLAA) is also available to Sailors and Marines through the SMART website. Through the Navy College Program Distance Learning Partnership (NCPDLP), there are currently 32 institutes that maximize the credit on the SMART transcript and provide methods of learning that help Sailors achieve their degrees. For more information about SMART records and the SMOLAA, visit www.smart.navy.mil. Learn more about other Navy Education programs.
