Sign Up for Direct Deposit

The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) urges veterans and family members who receive paper checks from the VA to join nearly 3.1 million others whose VA payments are safely deposited electronically. To sign up for direct deposit, veterans can call the VA toll-free at (800) 333-1795 or enroll online at www.GoDirect.org. Veterans and family members who receive VA payments can also sign up by contacting a VA regional benefits office or their financial institution.
