Trained service dogs are helping veterans with post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD) and traumatic brain injury (TBI). The non-profit organization Stiggy's Dogs trains psychiatric service dogs to perform specific tasks from reminding veterans to take their medicine, waking them up from a nightmare or alarm clock ringing, to directing them through a crowd.
