Scholarship for Military Women

The Alliance for National Defense, a 501(c) 3 organization with the mission of being an advocate for military women, is offering scholarships based on merit, academic potential, community service and need. There will be two (2) $2,500 undergraduate scholarships awarded: one, the BG Evelyn P. Foote Award, for an enlisted woman serving in the military and another, the CAPT Georgia Sadler Award, for an ROTC cadet. Additional information and scholarship applications are available at the Alliance for National Defense website. The deadline for applications for 2009 AND scholarships is April 15, 2009.
