Eat before grocery shopping to avoid unnecessary spending; (3) Limit the use of credit cards -- use cash; (4) Buy generic; (5) Maintain your vehicle for more fuel-efficiency; (6) Car pool or use public transportation; (7) Pack your lunch; (8) Call your insurance agent -- some companies give you a break if you have more than one insurance product with them; (9) Use MWR and ITT offices for reduced-price tickets; and (10) Most of all, develop a spending plan and track those expenses.
