Saving for the Future

The Defense Department is focusing its efforts to make sure troops are able to save for the future. One of the initiatives DoD is pursuing is a program called Military Saves. The savings can be allocated monthly from a servicemember's paycheck. Another program DoD recently launched is Moneywise in the Military, a traveling conference that is adapted from the popular PBS program Moneywise with Kelvin Boston.
