Retroactive Re-enlistment Bonuses

All eligible Airmen in Air Force specialty codes with a selective re-enlistment bonus or those with a critical skills retention bonus who re-enlisted Jan. 1 or later are authorized retroactive payment effective immediately. The 2008 National Defense Authorization Act., signed by President Bush Jan. 28, provided authorization. Affected Airmen do not need to take any action. The current list of SRBs is dated Dec. 15, 2007, and is available on the Air Force Personnel Center's website -- search for "SRB" or "CSRB."
