Resource Aids Children in Transition

The Military Impacted Schools Association (MISA) has partnered with several educational providers to implement Students On-line Assessment Resources (SOAR) for all children of military personnel. When military families receive orders to their next assignment, children will be able to go online and pull up the assessments for their next school district/state, take the assessments, identify the areas where they need additional assistance, and use online tutorials in those identified areas.
