Program Helps Navy Spouses

The Navy COMPASS Program gives Navy spouses a better understanding of the Navy. COMPASS includes lectures and discussions dealing with benefits and services, such as learning to understand the leave and earnings statement (LES), improving family relationships through better communication, and how to prepare for and get through a deployment. The material is especially useful for spouses who are new to the Navy. Participants meet other spouses who have similar situations and concerns. For more information, visit the COMPASS website.
