The Airmen and Family Readiness Center at Ramstein Air Base in Germany is offering its innovative Spouse Online Computer Knowledge and Skills program. The SOCKS' program supports military spouses by helping them develop computer skills and enhance career opportunities. There are more than 250 classes to choose from at multiple levels, from beginner to advanced, including Microsoft suite, Excel, Access and digital photography and website development. To sign up, stop by the Airmen and Family Readiness Center at Ramstein. This year's program runs through Nov. 1, 2009, and there is no cost to military spouses who want to participate.
